A man may be discerning the priesthood. A woman may be considering consecrated life. A couple may be preparing for sacramental marriage. These moments are often quiet, hidden, and deeply personal, but they need the support of the Church.<\/p>\n

Prayer prepares the soil for vocations to grow. It strengthens hearts, opens souls to grace, and invites a deeper trust in God\u2019s plan.<\/p>\n

Through the Immaculate Heart Vocation Prayer Society, the faithful unite in daily prayer for those discerning their vocation and for a culture of vocations to flourish throughout the world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Four times each year, we invite the faithful to submit the first name of someone discerning their vocation to be placed Under Mary\u2019s Mantle.<\/p>\n

These names are then entrusted to Mary\u2019s care and lifted up in prayer throughout the following quarter by the members of the Immaculate Heart Vocation Prayer Society.<\/p>\n

It is a simple but powerful way to accompany discerners through faithful, ongoing prayer.<\/p>\n
