Transforming Dioceses, Inspiring Vocations
Our partnerships have significantly strengthened vocation efforts, fostering a substantial rise in seminarians and discerners across dioceses. This graph highlights the remarkable growth achieved within two years, driven by the Vocation Ministry Blueprint Model.

A Tucson Transformation
In 2023, the Diocese of Tucson had just one seminarian. Through our Blueprint Model, we partnered with Bishop Edward J. Weisenburger and Fr. Alan Valencia to build a vibrant discerner pipeline. In two years, Tucson grew to eight seminarians, with eight more in discernment.
“Thank you. Our discerner funnels are working!”
