Returns 

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. 

As a small nonprofit ministry—not a large retailer like Amazon—we’re unable to cover return shipping costs. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our mission. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid tracking number once your return is shipped. This ensures we can confirm the item is on its way before issuing a refund.  

To begin a return, please fill out our Order Inquiry Form with your order number and order date. 

Exchanges 

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please: 

1. Return the item you no longer want. 

2. Place a new order for the item(s) you’d like instead. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This allows you to reorder without delay and ensures the best service and inventory availability. 

Refunds 

To return your product, review our return instructions.

• Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. 

• Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days using the Order Inquiry Form. We’ll make it right.
